1.Cancellation by the buyer

Once purchased, tickets for Moment Business Forum are non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or separately agreed by the organiser.

Moment Business Forum is an event held on a specific date — 4 October 2026.

Under Forbrugeraftaleloven §18, stk. 2, nr. 12, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret) does not apply to certain leisure-related services where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance.

2.If you cannot attend

If a participant cannot attend the event, they can write to info@webbond.dk and ask for the ticket to be transferred to another person.

Such a transfer is possible only with the organiser’s prior approval and once the new participant’s details have been entered before the event starts.

3.If the event is cancelled by the organiser

If Moment Business Forum is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.

Where a right to a refund arises under applicable law, or the organiser separately decides to issue a refund, the money is returned via the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the parties.

4.If the event is postponed

If the event is moved to another date, the organiser will inform ticket holders of the new date and the further options available in accordance with applicable law.

5.If you do not attend

If a participant does not attend the event and has not used the option of an approved transfer to another person, the ticket price is not refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
