2.Buying a ticket

• By buying a ticket, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
• One ticket admits one person, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• After successful payment, the participant receives a purchase and/or registration confirmation at the email address provided.
• The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided during registration.

3.Payment

Payment is made through the payment service available on the website.

The ticket price and all applicable charges are shown at checkout.

4.14-day right of withdrawal

Under general Danish rules, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret) for many online purchases.

However, under Forbrugeraftaleloven §18, stk. 2, nr. 12, this right does not apply to certain leisure-related services where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance.

Tickets to events held on a specific date or within a specific period fall under this exception.

Therefore, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for Moment Business Forum, which takes place on 4 October 2026.

This provision concerns only the statutory fortrydelsesret and not every possible case of refund. Other mandatory consumer rights provided by law remain in force.

5.Cancellation by the buyer

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or separately agreed by the organiser.

If a participant cannot attend, they can write to info@webbond.dk and request that the ticket be transferred to another person.

A transfer to another person is possible only with the organiser’s prior approval and once the new participant’s details have been entered before the event starts.

6.Entry to the event

• To enter Moment Business Forum, the participant must give the first and last name used at registration.
• The participant’s first and last name at the entrance must match the details provided at registration.
• If the details given do not match the registration, the organiser may ask the participant to confirm their identity or refuse entry if the right to attend cannot be confirmed.
• If a registration has been transferred to another person with the organiser’s approval, the new participant’s current first and last name must be entered in the registration system before the event starts.

7.Changes to or cancellation of the event by the organiser

The organiser may make reasonable changes to the programme, speaker line-up, timing or other organisational details.

If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified.

If the event is postponed, the organiser will inform participants of the new date and the options available in accordance with applicable law.

8.Photography and filming

Photos and video may be taken during the event to document it and for later communication and promotional materials of Moment Business Forum and WebBond Digital Agency.

9.Liability

The organiser does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10.Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract remain in force.
